Black Swan has been a pioneer in AI and LLMs (Large Language Models) since 2011 - we’re actively working on bringing the UX benefits from tools like ChatGPT into our technology.
New product development remains a disconnected, complex and subjective process. We’re partnering with PepsiCo and leading MRX-tech firms to apply social prediction to more use-cases along the innovation process - and ultimately drive-up NPD success rates.
